STALL AND RV OFFICE HOURS
Stall office hours will be based upon how many arrivals are left. You will be notified if we close and unlocked your stalls/ RVs prior to leaving for the evening.
TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR SPRING FLING, PLEASE FILL OUT THIS GOOGLE FORM AND A CIRCLE T STAFF MEMBER WILL CALL YOU FOR PAYMENT INFO. ALL STALL AND RV RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE DIRECTLY WITH THE STALL OFFICE.
Google Form to reserve for 2027 Spring Fling
All Stall, RV and Shavings will be paid directly to Circle T Arena through the Stall Office Reservation system once confirmed.
Stall Rates:
1-2 Nights $85 per night, 3+ Nights Flat rate of $180
RV Rates:
1-2 Nights $85 per night, 3+ Nights Flat rate of $175
***If Staying 1-2 Nights you will need to check out with the stall office to avoid paying flat rate.
Shavings:
$13 per bag, one bag is required per stall (unless a tack stall). We DO NOT allow outside shavings. Stall mats are allowed.
A staff member will be calling you in the weeks leading up to the event, to get payment and put your reservation into the computer. THE GOOGLE FORM IS NOT YOUR GUARANTEE OF RESERVATION OR SELECTION OF SPOT.
Any requests after March 15, 2027 will be assessed a $25 Late Fee
